NGF-762 10/100/1000 to 1000SX/LX (SFP) media converter offers plug-n-play fiber connectivity to Telco/ISP, cable TV network, bank, and enterprise networks. It is compliant with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) and works with both copper and fiber media, allowing fiber cables to be placed anywhere within a network without changing the copper-based Gigabit segments. It is compact and can be wall-mounted. Several converters can be installed together using the NXF-717 4-slot 19" rack-mountable chassis. It supports auto-negotiation, eliminating manual configuration and monitoring.
